Cancellation Policy

Feel Good Hair Studio Policies No Refunds- I do not offer refunds of any kind. However, I strive for 100% client satisfaction and am committed you leave feeling good with your service. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment. I will consult with you and correct the issue at no additional charge. If additional services outside of the initial consultation are requested, these will require a new appointment and may incur additional fees. Card on File- 
Feel Good Hair Studio requires a card on file to secure all appointments. In the event you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, your card will be charged 25% of the full service amount that was booked. This policy ensures fairness and helps me to accommodate all clients effectively. Cancellations- 
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. To accommodate all clients, I require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. No Call/No Shows- 
If you fail to contact me to cancel or reschedule and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service. Lateness- I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, please call us in advance. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment. No Additional Guests, Children, or Animals- 
For the comfort, safety, and sanitation of all clients, I do not allow additional guests, children, or animals in the studio unless they are receiving a scheduled service. Personal Items and Clothing- 
FGH is not responsible for any damage or stains to personal items or clothing. I recommend wearing or bringing items that you wouldn’t mind getting stained or damaged. All items are brought at your own risk. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policies. These guidelines help me provide the best experience for all of my clients.
